Good Morning, a little while aho i received my retrusn package to send soem kit back to sky - it is asking em to send my sky q minibox which is a piece of kit i am keeping and is still on my account. The piece of kit i have to send back is my router and this wont fit in the same package. I have tried multiple times to call but i cannot wait on hold too long and I have waited 20-30 minutes each time before giving up.
Is there a way to just send back what i need tio?

What are you returning in addition to the router which means the router won't fit in the box?
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included.
Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Whats services have you actually cancelled, is it just Sky Broadband ?

Find out moreAll you need to do is to return your broadband hub as the list you might have shows you all the equipment Sky would want returned should you be cancelling other services like Sky TV, so it doesn't mean you need to return everything shown as you are not cancelling these services.
