Hi ,
I have cancelled my Sky broadband as I moved to different address. I got £30 refund in my billing statement at start of June 2024 informing me that I will get the money in bank account within 6 weeks. Now, 6 weeks are gone. My bank account and the direct debit is still active. Can anyone help me what cn I do next. I am outside UK now. So, do not have option to call customer care and complain.

Yes, I can still see £30 refund amount in my last statement and yes, my DD is active. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This issue is not resolved. I have shared all my details but the chatbox kept asking for more details. I was busy for last couple of days and the chat window is now closed. I wonder what additional details they need to action on my request. I even shared my last bill which mentions the refund amount with my Sky account number along with my bank account number verification.
Can I get any response from Sky customer care on the status of my request ?

If you were busy for 2 days and didn't respond that will be why it closed so do you want to try again and if so will you have the time to respond ?
