I have been waiting for a £60 voucher. I have had an email. I click the link. It says I will get another email. Nothing has come through. When I click on the original link. It now says the voucher has been used. I have not used it.

I have called numerous times and the service is not the best. Keep on getting brushed off.
On the page that has been sent. I have found an email. email @ referafriend.sky.uk
What is that email? Should it have gaps between the words?

Wonder if someone from Sky is able to correct the page.
I will try that email address but without the gaps.

I have emailed the address and took the gaps out. The email has bounced back. No other way to contact Sky without picking the phone up. Would rather email as the hold times are quite high and I will just hear broken promises if I get through.
