Issue with billing.

I've paid.. but you cut my services. I spoke to you you said you would sort this out and I sent you proof. Still nothing. Also you asked me to do a dispute for the missing payment which I've done but on the system shows it's coming back but the bank say you haven't responsed so not able to access the refund to resubmit to you again and hope you don't lose the payment .
