Can’t access my bills and payments when logged in

I've logged into my account and made a payment. But when I've gone to check it's gone through. It won't let me see any of my old or recent payments. States I've got to be the owner of the account which I am. Not sure how to make sure it's gone through. Any help would be appreciated.

If you made a payment against your bill then usually you wouldn't need to do this as you should have a payment setup so that Sky can take it from you automatically each month.

It might be saying you need to be signed in with your primary Sky ID as only this as the account holder will it allow access to the billing. It is odd that you did have access to make the payment though.

Yeah it's so bizarre, tell you to log in but won't let you log in and then if you manage to log in it tells you that you need to be the owner of the account

We don't know as we're other customers here and not Sky customer services...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
