Issue with bill

I tried to make a payment but something went wrong and the payment didn't go to sky but a payment has still been made on my account. I need this sorted because I do not want my tv cut off and I ve already had issues with sky and I'm not having another one made. Thanks

You shouldn't need to make a manual payment as you should have a payment method setup on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit from which Sky will take it automatically from you each month so do you have this set up in place on your account ?
