I am writing with regards to my father, who is now in palliative care & won't be leaving hospital. He closed his account in April this year & I have a confirmation letter from Sky re this. His sky box was returned & I have proof of delivery through the Post Office. He has since received a threatening letter re payment & return of goods. I have been unable to contact Sky re this as I cannot contact Sky through phone or email. How can I resolve this please?
