As a VIP customer I downloaded my Claim codes for August and tried to use them when booking Vue cinema tickets yesterday. Never had an issue before, but for some reason yesterday the codes were invalid when entered on the Vue booking page. I ended up having to pay full price for the tickets. Anyone else had the same issue? I don't see an easy way to contact Sky to make a complaint....
@Sacha_Sky @Which day were you booking the tickets for? The codes are only valid for seats booked Sunday to Thursday (amongst other restrictions)

Will remember that for next time thank you caesarome. I think the other member has actually figured it out, I was booking on a Friday, which is not valid for these tickets (just Sunday to Thursday). Appreciate your reply though thanks
