Re: Dementia customer
I'd also sign up with the Accessibility team.

Is there a way to have phone contact avoided with Sky? Dad has dementia and in the last year they've called trying to sell.jim stuff and during these calls he's been signed up for top whack broadband and mobile sim, dad doesn't own a mobile phone, tablet, phone or anything that requires broadband except his sky box. They wouldn't let me change it ( I have POA) and my sons just intercepted a call today because that last years contracts due for renewal next month. Dad has no idea. Can I ask they don't call him as it confuses him. We ha w a call blocker but when they say its Aky he accepts the call.
We registered our POA with the Accessibility team, Dad hasn't had a call from Sky since.
Sky Q, 2 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!
