Is the Apple TV+ a genuine offer

Hi I'm a newbee, so probably getting this wrong, but here goes. I am one of millions of VIP customers (30+ years with Sky). Never used an offer before, but 6 months free for Apple TV+ seems too good to miss. BUT it seems I will miss it. I have tried dozens of times to apply for the free offer, but get as far a "One moment while we look up your offer details". Don't know who is looking or where, but I think a search party is needed for the dozens lost searching for these details. IF this is real and it can be done, please, please let me know how, I'm losing the will............ Many thanks in anticipation . Nige

@NIGELFURNOX

Give Sky a call to see if they can apply it for you.

Re: Is the Apple TV+ a genuine offer

Many thanks for the help. I have now registered for the offer on the App on my iphone. Is there a lead time for this registering with Sky, with regards to TV. I have Sky Q and the Apple App on the TV says I can have 7 days free, not 6 months. Any help appreciated. Thanks again, Nige
