Accidentally paid bill instead of upgrade

Hey, I tried to pay off my credit agreement to get a new device, but I have never done this before so I put the money to pay it off on my bills and now my bill says negative money, is there a way to get a refund?

If you give Sky a call they'll refund it in 2-5 days. Or if you wish we can ask Sky to help via Sky's private messaging service.  Replies via the messaging service aren't instant.

@Lucidddddddd  To make a payment for a CA you need to phone and specificity state that you want to make the payment against the CA
