Installation date gone and no service?
I had my installation date for 31st Jan but they couldn't do it so need to come back but noones been in touch? Can anyone advise if they've had a similar thing?

Customers regularly have installations put back because of a variety of reasons. Is this for broadband or Sky Q? What have Sky said when you've asked them about the delay?
