Email
Morning
I had just received a email from Sky stating that from the 05/02 I will be charged £53.50 instead of £48 for broadband however I/husband pay already for the package of TV, broadband and phone so why am I being charged twice please?
kind regards
Kirsty

Re: Email
Firstly, are you positive the email really is from Sky, and not a scam? Does it address you by name?
If it is genuine it's probably advising you that a discount is ending soon (5th February) in which case you'll need to contact Sky to negotiate a new discount.
