I have received a email regarding my hundred pound voucher but not received the voucher.

What does this email say ?

What is the voucher from, is it via refer a friend or was it shown when you signed up on the Sky website or a comparison website ?

And what else does it say you have to do as it must have given you some details on how you claim it ?

It said clame your reward, you click the link then it takes you to a a screen that's blank? Nothing more.

Have you tried using a different web browser or device to see if the page then loads ?
