For Sky Sports there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2

For Disney and Netflix try the MySky app instead so In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

Depending on on what platform you have Sky Q  or Sky steam or glass, and what tier of Netflix and Disney+ you have depends if you able to cancel them. If you have Sky Q you can  cancel Netflix as long as you are not on a minimum  term. As far Disney if you have the free basic with ads tier I don't think you can actually cancel that as it part of your core package at no extra cost, if  you have a higher tier I believe you can down grade to the basic tier which as I said above is no extra cost to your subscription. If you have Sky stream or  glass the the same applys to Disney +  but if you have the basic Netflix tier basic with adds again that part of you core subscription at no extra cost and it can not be removed. However if you have a higher tier basic Netflix you can downgrade to to the basic tier. To cancel Netflix on Sky Q as it part of normal Sky Tv subscription you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice as long as it not part of a minimum term. With Disney + you downgrade though Sky market place. Netflix on sky steam or glass to down grade I am not sure as I don't have that system maybe some on here will have that info.
