Incorrect information on billing

My TV and broadband account says I have an outstanding balance. However, my payment is not due to be taken until 27th January? I have no outstanding payments from previous bills - why is this?

Can you post an image of your previous bill and this one and if you do please blank out any personal details like your name and account/credit agreement numbers.
