Good afternoon

I signed a new contract bk in Sept 24 to move to faster broadband as my contract was up for renewal but today is 1st time it's been completed but I have notice tht due to issues your end with it being installed I have had to pay 43 a month rather than the agreed 34 even tho the matter was out of my hands. I don't see why I should of had to pay the additional each month as I was not getting service I signed up for.
