Incorrect disney account

I have linked an incorrect disney profile to sky.  How can I unlink the current one and link my live account

I think I have the same problem, keeps saying I have already linked my account only to be asked to sign up when I try to watch anything.

In my experience you go to sky they say it's Disneys problem then you go to Disney they say it's sky's problem and the you give up and watch youtube

Did you try the link given by @caesarome a couple of posts up? It's the bottom option "I linked the wrong email address..." although you'll have to wait for the lines and chats to wake up. You'll need the partner customer ID from Sky and then contact Disney to change it over.
