Incorrect billing?

Hi,

 

I'm a new customer who signed up to SKY Ultimate TV with Netflix Standard and Ad Skipping, along with SKY Ultrafast Plus broadband with with SKY Talk Freetime for €65 a month. However I'm being billed €35 for TV and €67.50 for Broadband and Phone which is a total of €102.50, does anyone know how I get this fixed?

What do future bills show?

 

Initial bils can be larger as they cover a period longer than 1 month.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi, they show TV and Broadband being seperate?  TV is going to be €35 in June and Broadband is €67.50 in June

Your only option is to call Sky Ireland if those prices do not match what you signed up with.
