24-month package unavailable
I was given the option of subscribing to a 24-month package which is cheaper than the montly rolling package, but each time I truy to subscribe, I am told that there are technical difficulties. It has been like this for 3 days. See screengrab

Where are you seeing this offer? Could it be the offer is only for new customers.

I received an email asking me to see my options. I clicked on this link: sky.com/myskytvoptions.
It takes me to my current subscriptions and said that if I joined a 24-month offer I would be paying £10 less than the current rolling monthly package I am on. When I click onto subscribe I get the message on this page: https://www.sky.com/recontracting/error

Your duplicate thread and your duplicate post on another thread have been removed to prevent replies being duplicated too. In one of those you mention a 48 month deal whereas on this thread you say 24 months. What are you actually trying to sign up for?

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. Some contact methods will be more appropriate than others depending on the issue you have.
🟡 📞 Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

⚪️Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of any link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines have different operating hours to the UK and are closed over a weekend.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
