Incorrect bill total as agreed
It was agreed over the phone that my new monthly bill would be £161 but is showing future payments to be £169.50.
why is this?

Could the next bill be for a period greater than the normal month in duration? Have a look at Novembers bill and see if it reflects the amount you're expecting.

When did you agree this, was it today as it can take a little while for the billing to catch up in suitations like this.

Agreed a couple of weeks ok but still shows £169.50 throughout the coming months
