Credit Refund on closed account

I have been informed today that I have a credit on my account. It has been there for 18 months but this is the first email I have received. I phoned the supplied number but the only option is for a cheque refund to be sent to the address on file. I sold that property (hence the account closure) so this woudn't be applicable for me. 

 

How do I either update my address or get the monies refunded back to my bank account. There is no residential address on the online my account just an option to change phone number/email address.

Youll need to contact Sky and get them to reinstate your previous payment method so the refund can be applied.
