Incorrect Roaming Charges
I have just been on holiday to Trinidad and Tobago and have been charged charges for textx from Jamaica to Trinidad and Tobago and also charged for 3 texts.
I only sent 1 text to a Trinidad and Tobago Mobile whilst in Trinidad and Tobago. I havent been to Jamaica.
Also I have been charged for a small amount of data roaming even though roaming was switched off.
These issues happened on 2 of my SIM cards
How do I resolve?

@Hagred55 The obvious answer is call Sky and explain to see if they can do anything.

I imagine they'll say you were charged according to what was automatically recorded.

Spoke to Sky. Didn't really answer apart from saying if text too long send as multiple texts, couldn't say how long too long is! Can't see anywhere on roaming data sheet where it says about size of message. Re Charging as being in Jamaica, again no logic only I must have been near when sent message. Jamaica is 1200 miles from Tobago!

One SMS is 160 characters - if you write more then it's split into multiple texts and you are charged for each (obviously not an issue when not roaming).
