Major increase £20/mth in sky cost
You will see by the history of my account that I am a VIP customer and been with you over 30yrs.
I havr just realised that I have had an additional £20 added to my account resulting in a monthly bill of £80.50. No notification, no discussion, really poor customer service.
I need to discuss with somebody before making an enevitable decision.

@Paul1202
You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
Discounts may have recently expired or be ending soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.
If your discounts have ended the best deals are normally acquired by calling Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Re: Major increase £20/mth in sky cost
Why has my bill gone up from £37 to £57
are you not supposed to inform us when you just put bills ever since I've been with you? I've had trouble first no service then you kept changing the amount and still you keep changing the amount. I think I'll be taking you somewhere because I've had enough of this every month. I have to check on something with you, I am not amused

Usually it's because your discounts have expired so you are now paying the normal price for your package. When you agree to a discount Sky inform you at the time how long it will last. Your monthly bill also shows the end date for each discount.
