Tried and failed multiple times to add a separate device account to Sky account. Calling Sky just means being transferred to multiple people and then being told to link account online (which isn't recognised). So have an account I have no access to and regular arrears because of this. Help:!!! Thank you

Yes have a sky account which can access but for some reason device is on a separate account number. Sky said would have to create a new ID under a different email address and then link the accounts. However when I try and link it does not recognise the device account. So I am unable to access any account information or make payment on the device online. Thank you.
