Identity theft

Hi I have tried numerous times to speak to a advisor in regards to my sisters account.she is vulnerable and  someone has taken out devices on her account this has been reported to the police and they have sent out a letter of cease and desist to the perpetrator. Sky is continuing to call her and I have left my telephone number with customer services to contact me. Her account is restricted and I have been unable to speak to anyone from the risk and compliance team
