About my bills and broddand. Always problem with wife

Hello. 

I want more info about my bills. In my bank account showing direct debit for sky 61.49 on 24 each month, I made balance payment which one show 31.49 and now my balance showing 00.00

And about broadband I live in small flat broadband we using only for 2 TV, phones, and tablet. Internet speed very slow, and wife all the time gone for some time. And this happens all the time.
