Are you dialling the right number? I don't recognise the above.

the community rules block me posting the number ... I am using it correctly
"Your message contains xxxxx which is not allowed or has been repeated too many times. We block information which can identify you such as account or phone numbers & email addresses. Please remove or change it before trying again"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe forum doesn't allow phone numbers in full. The number displayed on that link starts 08185

Yes I understand that ... so my question is ... what prefix should I use .... the number listed started with 081 and ends with 154
So why can't I get through ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUse the number as shown on screen. No additional prefix required. I don't know why you can't get through. Might be best just to try again later.
