I would like a refund
I ordered a mobile and they took £100 upfront, then they cancelled and i would like my money back

If it has been more than two weeks that the order was cancelled then you will need to call Sky to chase this up with them.

Nothing was stolen. This is the normal process after a potential customer fails the credit checks.

I am a customer and have a mobile with them and have never been late or missed a payment. They offered terms which i accepted, they took my £100 and then cancelled. No email to say sorry or regarding the £100, at the very least unproffessional, but they took the 100 in 5 seconds, why can't they teturn it as quick?

The refund process has never been that quick. As fellow customers we don't know the internal process involved.

The £100 will have been taken before the second deeper credit check will have either taken place or been completed. As to why they don't refund as quick as a customer I have no idea.

Thank you it's only been a few days but these companies are quick to take the cash, why can't they return it as quick?
