I was offered free cinema & paramount but I for nothing if I signed up to a new 18 month contract .

As a Platinum VIP customer, I was offered free cinema & paramount+, But looking at my bills I am being charged for it. This is bad practice I feel I have been cheated

It always costs.  Any offer is a limited free period then it's charged.

All of these offers are generally free for X months and then changed at a certain rate. The T&Cs of the offer would have stated you can cancel Sky Cinema with 31 days notice, but of course to avoid being charged you would need to do that 31 days prior to the free months expiring.

...without a back story it's hard to say much more.  Usually it's an engineer visit that offers 'free' movies but as I noted it's only for a period of 1 or 2 months.
