As a Platinum VIP customer, I was offered free cinema & paramount+, But looking at my bills I am being charged for it. This is bad practice I feel I have been cheated

The T&Cs of the offer would have stated you can cancel Sky Cinema with 31 days notice, but of course to avoid being charged you would need to do that 31 days prior to the free months expiring.

...without a back story it's hard to say much more. Usually it's an engineer visit that offers 'free' movies but as I noted it's only for a period of 1 or 2 months.
