I have an email dated 02.05.24 stating I would receive a cheque and to allow 3-5 working days. It has never arrived.

I'm expecting a call tomorrow as I have been unable to link my Netflix account and had to close this and set up another email account. I will mention it then. Thanks for your advice.

Refund for a 2nd account that was being removed by cheque. Email dated 01.05.24 states 10 days but still not arrived
