I want to reduce my monthly payments

I was offered to freeze my account and pay £31.00 a month for 18 months - my payments are now £43.00 I would like to reduce my payments. I am Broadband only.

I need to reduce my payments. I have been a loyal customer for some years. However there appears to be better offers available from other providers.

 

I had fibre line installed which has made my wi fi reception weaker over time.

I am looking for a better deal please.

@FF12 if you're not currently 'in contract' give Sky a call to negotiate. We customers here can't help with this. It's very unlikely that you'll get new customer prices as an existing customer so you might want to look at competitors too.

What you're seeing are deals for new customers with those providers. You aren't a new Sky customer so the new discounts won't be that low. If you change to an alternative provider you'll end up in the same position when those discounts end in 18/24 months.
