Hi there I renewed my broadband and to packages a few days ago and my broadband is showing it expires in 2027 but my tv package still says that my tv package is expired.
I have the email with my new contract and costs for 24 months but account is still showing old contract for tv contract only.
I have tried to get help after being on phone but have gave up as I tried to explain it to them and don't think they understand what I am telling them. Can anyone please help as loosing the will to live trying to get this sorted out.

Not had the new bill yet so can't tell you I am afraid. New bill will be a month away.
