I want to order a phone accessory but my account comes up with a message to say it’s restricted.

It has had the restriction message for iver a month. I have rang and was informed it was due to unreturned equipment, this was returned in feb 24 and you have avknowledged it has been received. I was informed the restriction had been removed as it was an error on skys part but this has not happened. Please could you take off the restriction
