Any way of actually contacting a person st sky to request the returns box they said they've sent- but haven't??
Have cancelled sky due to extortionate prices and infuriating "customer services" they want payment details of a service I'm now not receiving so I can't contact anyone because the ridiculous automated service is stuck on me proving payment details
Would just like the returns box and gladly send them the equipment

I have nothing suitable it's the box & broadband and don't usually have boxes lying around the house!
I haven't cancelled my payment instructions the package itself is cancelled.
