I want to change my home address

Hello all team , actually I want to change my home address I moved to other house so please help me to change my address of home . I already tried to call to you but I didn't get any response and I tired to chat online but nothing will help me so please you can help me to change my home address. [Removed]

@Prabhdeep1  Your post has been moved temporarily as you have posted personal info, namely your address, you should never do this on a public community.

 

Your'e not contacting Sky Customer service by posting here.

 

If you have Broadband from Sky you should have booked a home move with Sky either online or by phone at least 2 weeks before moving.

 

You will need to call Sky to complete ths, if you have broadband you should also be aware there is a minimum of 10 working days beofre the services will be activated at your new address.

 

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
