Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@stephane222 have you called Sky and asked for a refund? It will be sitting as a credit on your account unless you do. At some point in the future Sky will contact you as they look at dormant accounts.

I really don't know, when you subscribe it is a compulsory amount you have to pay in advance
I subscribed twice because the first contract has been cancelled and Sky recommended to subscribe for a new contract. But in both cases I have never been refunded the 5 pounds
Are they really thieves ???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNo they are not. If it's showing as a credit on your Sky account we can forward your issue to the Messaging Team that work on here, otherwise you'll need to persevere calling Sky.

Find out more@stephane222 Something isn't adding up here, when you sign up either online or over the phone you would have been given the option of choosing the installation date(online) or told the earliest date(on the phone) both ways would have been confirmed by email.
When and how did you sign up?

Now we are getting somewhere as you had not mentioned that previously so you will need to try and call again about this and this time stay on the line as long as you can. Quieter times are after 9pm and at 7am when the lines open.
