I agreed a new contract a month ago with Sky after the last one expired, its not been applied month later and my bill are at the out of contract rate. Called 4 times now to fix this and nothing happens despite promises a "technical" issue will be fixed. I 've been a customer for 27 years but this is really poor - happy to pay more to cancel and move to BT!!!

Find out moreAs this is a customer helps customer forum here so you are not talking to Sky all we can suggest is to fill in this form to register a complaint if your future bills are incorrect based on what you agreed with them. Make sure you give them the date and time you spoke to them about this new discount so if needs be they can listen to what was said to you:
