I've not received a refund after leaving Sky

I moved country a few months ago and had to cancel my broadband with Sky. I was told I would receive a refund for any bills that were automatically taken before the cancellation could be fully processed. My account shows a credit amount, but I'm not sure how to have that amount refunded.

If you can wait until after Christmas we can arrange for Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message on here so if you are happy to be contacted by them we can alert them to your post this Friday the 27th so let us know if you are happy to be contacted via here sometime on Friday.
