I’ve been reminded to return my broadband router

I had my new fibre broadband installed just before going away on holiday. Whilst away I was reminded to send the old equipment back or be charged. This is my first day back home and I have now packed the old equipment to return. But because of the time lag I do not want to be charged. It will be sent out tomorrow.

You may well be charged but if you keep your proof of posting you can subsequently be reimbursed.
