Linking account

Says I need to link my account to check my tracking but it doesn't load

Try clear your browsers cache and cookies, close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If it still doesn't load then see if it will work if you use a different browser.

I have ordered my new phone today, and wen I click track package it says I need to link my account so when I click link account nothing loads

What happens when you try what I posted above ?
