I've been charged twice

My sky bill came out yesterday and I've been charged twice when I check my bill out it has charged me twice for everything

Most likely with different dates. Check your bill for the details.

Nope same dates october to November

You mean 2 separate direct debits have been charged to you?

 

By all means post a picture of your bill, with all sections expanded.  Make sure 8t doesn't include your Sky account.
