Return packaging sent to old address
Hello, I recently moved and filled in the move/cancellation form with my new address but the return equipment packaging has been sent to my old address.

Re: Return packaging sent to old address
I would give Sky a call so they can check that your address has been updated.
As for the packaging you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Hi, thanks for this. Do you know the telephone number that I can use?

Re: Return packaging sent to old address
@JB51
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile. Alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a 0333 number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
