I registered for F150 at £28,it was installed yesterday, but...

I booked a installation late Octber from a Fibre 150 plan which was at £28 pm for 24 months 

 

as per schedule/appointment, the connection went live yesterday...

I see the Plan rates have Dropped to £27 pm for 24 months...

 

doesnt seem right and fair, does it... any suggestions

Seems fair enough to me. You contracted for £28pm, so presumably you were happy with that at the time.

Offers change all the time so what you signed up with will be what you will be paying, it is just bad luck that the promotion price changed shortly after you signed up.
