I paid this month and still says it’s overdue

I've already paid my broadband bill this month, including the late fee, and it still says I need to pay? Surely I shouldn't have to pay again.

How late were you in paying? 

Did you make a manual payment close to the one that failed?

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would strongly suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky. 

Are Sky still saying you haven't paid this months bill?

Has that payment gone on your account as a credit as paying it 2 days before the billing date does suggest that it might have done.

Yes it's still saying I haven't paid yet I even have the screenshots on that day that I paid

And has the payment it is saying you owe been added to next months bill ?

No, but it has still got the £10 overdue amount added which I don't get how as I paid on time and my bill don't come out till the 28th

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit or card ayment each month so do you have either of these setup on your account ?

Check your next month's bill to see if your payment is shown as a credit there.
