If you've ordered Sky Glass or Sky Stream then it's not possible to delay delivery: the logistics system just isn't set up for that, given most people want their new product as fast as possible.
Realistically if you aren't in a position to take the new service then you'd need to cancel (refusing to accept an imminent delivery if necessary) and then re-order within a few days of when you can actually accept.
