Billing page restricted

My card is frozen and I'm waiting for a new card and my payment to sky didn't go through for this reason & I've been trying to get on the app to pay for DAYS and it says "page restricted".

 

i have just received an email from sky saying I've missed my payment and I'm really worried this will affect my credit score.

 

I just want to pay the bill !!! Why is it so hard.

Are you using the correct login details to access your account because if you are using the wrong login then the message can occur. To get your card updated this evening I would give Sky a call.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
