I never receive emails from sky

Hello, the whole time I've been with sky I've never revived any emails from them for bills or orders ect and it's worrying how do I fix this I have tried so many times

Check your communication settings:

As far as I know Sky do not send emails regarding bills as you can view this via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
