Refund overdue

I have an overpayment/ credit on my cancelled account of £57.81, which I was told would be paid into my bank account that I used for my Sky contract, this did not happen. I phoned Sky directly who advised me that this would now be  paid back to my bank account within 5 working days of the phone call, this has not happened. I have contacted Sky by email to request confirmation that my refund is being processed, no response 48 hours later. Does anyone have any experience of this type of issue??

Re: Refund overdue

I have just received a reply this morning asking for the last two numbers of my bank account and an apology for the inconvenience

@Paulbounce we do get similar reports but you email is unlikely to do anything as Sky do not offer customer support by email. I would call again as there are reports that they are running slow.

@Paulbounce

Sky don't use email for general communication so I'm not surprised you've had no reply. You will need to call Sky again to chase it up.
