I need a copy of my Sky bills from 2017 to 2018

I need a copy of my Sky bills from 2017 to 2018. I am happy to receive them by email, post, or other formats. Whichever is easier.

@MoSillah  we're a customer to customer help forum not Sky support here. You need to call sky directly to request these , their will be an additional charge per bill

@MoSillah  Sky don't use email as a communication method 


If you have a sky talk landline or Mobile call 150

If you don’t have a sky talk package see below

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

@MoSillah 

From a recent reply by a Sky agent they can reissue a bill in the original format. So if an old bill was issued via email, it would be reissued the same way. If it was a paper statement, it would be sent again as paper. To get a paper statement, you need to do something called a subject access request which take up to 28 days.
